POPEYE THE SLAYER MAN

As developers plan to demolish an abandoned spinach canning factory to make way for new waterfront condos, an intrepid group of college friends decide to sneak in to investigate the urban legend of "The Sailor Man," who is said to haunt the factory and local docks.
